The staff was helpful and treated me like a special guest. They were always there to come to the rescue and made my experience nice. The hotel was very clean and located in a great residential area, easy to access central sitting areas and the Bosphorus bridges. The hotel facilities, including the sports complex with pools, gym, sauna, and hammam.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the residential area behind it made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. They provided 24/7 service and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The surprise of staying in a suite room was an added bonus!
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
